Standard Tanks

Since the beginnings of the powder coatings industry fluid beds have provided an excellent medium for the coating process. We have been making fluid beds since the early 1960's and continue building them to this day.  Our tanks are currently used in locations throughout the world.  As coatings methods change we update and adapt our technology to fit our clients' needs. We strive to continue serving the coatings industry through the 21st century.

FEATURES

Porosity of fluidizing plates is rigidly controlled. Plates are closely inspected prior to assembly and all tanks are checked for proper fluidization before shipping.

Porous plates are ceramic or polyethylene in construction which requires minimum air pressure for fluidization.  Additionally, these plates are designed to be cleaned relatively easily and to avoid contaminants entering the powder.

Our tanks are constructed from light to medium gauge steel with the highest of standards.

Tanks can be custom designed to meet the requirements of virtually any coating system.  We have also designed many tanks for uses other than coating processes.

AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE

Compatible exhaust systems with hoods and collectors can be provided to collect and recover powder. A variety of powder transfer devices with level sensors can be added to automate the fluid bed.

Vibrational equipment is available for most tanks

We have several standard screening systems available as well
